The Much-Anticipated Launch of the Urban Tana Development

“Reeflords has proven that their foresight in residential developments has benefitted to the success of their investors. A few developments in the space of 3-5 years have grown by 40% in capital growth.”

The Reeflords team, sharply dressed and ready to mingle, met at the Saxon Hotel for a comfortable night of socialising to investors about the two new property developments on the rise. Guests were welcomed by charming duo – Dora Cheng, the head of Sales and Marketing at Reeflords along with Nqoba Ngcobo comedian and MC of the night. Guests were also treated to drinks of blue and gold which represents Reeflords’ signature developments.

The evening introduced Urban Tana, named after the road it’s situated on and the 800KM river in Kenya. Much like the Tana river, an opportunity to let your investment continuously grow and flow with Reeflords. The launch kicks off with phase 1 of the development. The Spin and Save Wheel was an absolute delight and gave investors the opportunity to win up to R300 off per square meter. One lucky lady went home with a R300 per sqm discount which applied to all the development phases, with an average discount of R200 per sqm won throughout the night.

Urban Tana is situated perfectly in Sunninghill, which is home to many young professionals between the ages of 26-37 who are career focused and predominantly woman. Sunninghill is a stone throw from Waterfall Estate and Sandton which both offer a variety of work and play options. Many of the current residents appreciate the security – the suburb is completely boomed off which makes residents feel secure and stress-free. Sunninghill residents have created a community that generally contributes to the upkeep of the area.

This has sparked interest amongst the investors – who wouldn’t lap this opportunity up? Reeflords has proven that their foresight in developments benefitted to the success of their investors. A few Reeflords developments in the space of 3-5 years have grown by 40% in capital growth.

Besides the growth of the investment, Reeflords have created a close-knit community, where recurring investors enjoy the ease of working with Reeflords as well as the insightful know-how of the client service property specialists. This community networked, gave and received advice and shared appreciation for their invested properties in Reeflords.
