At Reeflords, we focus on identifying and investing in well located, undeveloped land with great links to suburban retail and transport routes. Once acquired — and after thorough feasibility and market assessments — we utilize the professional services of experienced architects, town planners and engineers to design residential buildings, and then commission in-house teams and contractors to provide the required infrastructure as required by local authority regulations and by-laws.

OUR STORY

We believe that Sectional Title provides our clients with the most affordable and sustainable system of property ownership generating an improved return on investment.

Our highly experienced and capable supervisors direct tightly-knit construction teams throughout the building process to ensure that a quality product is delivered in accordance with the needs and requirements of our home buyers. Our sales and development departments work hand in hand with the construction department in order to implement marketing strategies that achieve the desired sales targets met by our internal agents. We intend to explore opportunities to grow into the provision of infrastructure in our quest to make full use of our capital base and skills set across a broader front. Backed by the diversified Sai Cheng (S&C) international Group, founded in 1996, we are reinforced by a formidable array of diverse skills and experience coupled with astute business acumen gained through our exposure to both commercial and residential markets in various parts of the world.
